Welcome to MXU Comic (“MXU,” “the service”). By accessing mxucomic.com, creating an account, or using the member gallery, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What MXU is

MXU is a creative membership experience featuring stories, images, video, animation, and optional audio around Aeisha & Devyn, connected to the broader Galactic Matriarx universe. Free and paid access tiers may be offered; features depend on the plan you select.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, share access in violation of plan rules, attempt to bypass paywalls, or harm other members or the platform.

Plans, payment & access

• Paid plans are billed through the checkout provider linked from the membership flow. Their terms apply to payment processing.
• Access is granted according to your plan status. If payment fails or a subscription ends, paid features may be limited until resolved.
• Private or promotional signup links may have their own conditions when issued.

Content & age

MXU content is intended for a mature audience. It may include flirtatious, sensual, or intimate themes and occasional artistic nudity in clearly marked pieces. You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).

Intellectual property

Stories, artwork, video, audio, branding, and site design are owned by MXU Comic / the creator unless otherwise noted. Membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to view content through the service for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, or publicly re-upload MXU media without written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer protected areas.
• Do not harass staff or misuse contact/email channels.
• Do not use automated tools to bulk-download the gallery.

Emails

You may opt in to episode update emails. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in those emails or your account settings. Essential account email (for example password reset) may still be sent.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” Creative content is fictional storytelling. We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MXU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the project grows. The date above will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
